PCF Children's Ministry is a vital ministry for the children, parents, and families of those who attend PCF. Our goal is to provide a safe, loving, fun, engaging, Bible-based ministry where kids learn to love Christ in a way that transforms their daily lives.
We have a dedicated team of background-checked volunteers who love spending time teaching, encouraging, and investing in the lives of your children. Our rooms, toys, and activities are thoughtfully designed to be age-appropriate, creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for each age group.
Our Nursery Room is designed with your little one’s comfort and safety in mind. The soft flooring, age-appropriate toys, and dedicated changing stations create a warm and welcoming space where our youngest children can be cared for and loved while you participate in the service. This room is open during the entirety of service.
Our elementary room is designed for children in 1st through 5th grade, where learning about Jesus is engaging, creative, and fun! They will begin the morning worshiping together with the congregation before being dismissed to their room during the message. Through age-appropriate Bible lessons, activities, and meaningful conversations, they’ll grow in their understanding of God’s love and discover what it means to follow Jesus. They’ll learn that Jesus loves them, wants a relationship with them, and invites them to live a life devoted to Him.
Interested in serving and making a difference in the lives of our children? We’re always looking for caring volunteers to join the rotation in our children’s rooms. As we spend time learning, growing, and having fun with your children, we want to create an environment where children are safe, valued, and loved. We encourage our children to live out three simple values each time we meet:
1. Respect God & His Word • We listen when someone is reading the Bible or praying
• We remember that we are here to learn about God
2. Respect Teachers & Leaders • We listen when an adult is talking
• We participate and do what we are told to do
3. Respect Each Other • We will be kind and encouraging to our classmates
• We need to keep our hands & feet to ourselves and refrain from distracting each other
